After spending time as a recruiter at Zoom, Blake followed his dream, meticulously designing his venue with everything he envisioned: waterfront views, high-end amenities, multiple event spaces, backstage readiness, and show-stopping details.

In 2024, Blake transformed a historic former postal building into The Lincoln Event Space, and soon after expanded into managing two additional premier venues: 1890 & The Fields, and Avent Orangery at Chateau Avalon. Beyond venue ownership, Blake leads a venue management venture, offering turnkey operations programming for space owners who wish to delegate day-to-day operations.
